PERSONAL TRAINING
I'm Ernie Hill and I have earned two certifications from the America Council on Exercise, (A.C.E.) a watchdog for the fitness industry, and the world’s largest non-profit fitness certifying organization. A.C.E. has earned respect as the certification that matters most in the industry because of its difficult exam. To maintain my certification and stay up to date on the latest fitness developments, I attend several hours of continuing education courses each year.

My name is Cassy and I am a certified personal trainer and I have experience in weight management, sport-specific training and special populations. I have been a trainer for 8 years and have worked with a variety of people to help them reach their goals.
I am a runner who has completed 12 half marathons and recently completed my first marathon! I have a goal to do a half marathon in every state.

My name is Matt Dryden and I am the owner of The Body Shop Fitness Centers. I have 2 daughters, Mya and Tia who are very active in sports and have been helping behind the scenes of the fitness center since we opened in 2007.
I have been involved in fitness since 2001, as a personal trainer. My interest in personal fitness training began when I was in law enforcement and realized the importance of being fit for duty. During my years in law enforcement, I worked with officers and others in fitness and nutrition training. In October of 2007 I left law enforcement and opened The Body Shop 24-7 Fitness Center in Shell Lake.
I currently work with; individuals of all ages in nutrition and fitness, helping them work towards their goals, athletes achieving higher performance levels in their desired sport(s), and I assist in programs for post injury / surgery recovery.
