Welcome to the The Body Shop Fitness Centers! Open 24/7! We are a family-owned business and we strive to create a family friendly environment for all to enjoy. We first opened our doors with the Shell Lake Fitness Center in 2007 and opened the Spooner facility in 2012.
We are more than just a building with fitness equipment. We pride ourselves on excellent customer care and we look forward to you becoming apart of our fitness family.
With our two locations, wide variety of cardiovascular and strength training equipment, fitness classes (designed for all fitness levels), personal trainers and knowledgeable staff, we can help you achieve your fitness goals!
Going to the gym isn't always easy, but feeling and looking your best while building new relationships with other members and the staff, is an extremely rewarding experience.
Our Shell Lake location has two unique and separate fitness facilities in one location. In 2009, we built an addition to our facility that created the "Garage Gym," an experience like non other around.
Our Spooner location was built to give you the least intimidating experience possible at the gym. We are always pleased to have so many members comment on how comfortable they feel when they are here.
